Morgan Project Services is a dedicated insurance builder supporting insurers and their customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Since 2013, we have supported insurers across high-volume Business as Usual programs and some of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest natural disaster recovery events.

Our strength lies in combining practical building knowledge, direct repair capability, specialist project management, purpose-built technology, and the ability to mobilise quickly. This allows us to provide insurers with a responsive and accountable building partner from assessment and scoping through to repair, reinstatement, and completion.

MPS was established to provide insurers with a practical, transparent, and customer-focused approach to insurance building repairs.
